To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Mileage Limit: The vehicle must be returned with no more than 1,000 additional miles on the odometer beyond the mileage at the time of delivery.
Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be in the exact same condition as when it was purchased/delivered. It must be free of any new damage, dents, scratches, or interior wear.
No Modifications: The vehicle must not have been modified, altered, or had any aftermarket parts installed.
Clean History: The vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents, and must not have a salvage or rebuilt title generated during the ownership period.
Note: If the vehicle is returned with damage beyond normal, reasonable wear and tear, or exceeds the 1,000-mile limit, MC Motors LLC reserves the right to deduct the cost of repairs or excessive mileage fees from the final refund amount.

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, negligence, racing, or off-road use.
